Users will need to have their account created and set up by their agency's PayPort administrator. Once a user has been provided with a username and initial password by their admin, they will enter that information on the PayPort login page.
- If a user forgets their password, they will need to use the "Forgot password?" link on the main page.
NOTE: If a user is logging in for the first time and gets a message that the login or password is invalid, they will want to check with their agency's PayPort administrator to make sure that their account was created, saved, and that the user received the correct login info.
